Defense fundamentals built from the ground up: footwork, glove work, and clean transfers that become instincts.

Connor Jenkins

Founder of M4P. Connor played his college ball at St. Louis Community College and earned a professional contract offer from the Milwaukee Brewers. He built M4P to bring structured, data-driven development to baseball and softball athletes across St. Louis.

Zane Roos
Hitting, Fielding & Performance Instructor

A 6-foot-3 corner athlete from St. Louis, Zane played at Lindbergh High School and St. Louis Community College, where he is pursuing a degree in Sports & Exercise Science. A two-time Conference Gold Glove winner with a proven power bat, he brings elite defensive instincts and a complete-hitter approach to his instruction.

Andrew brings more than a decade of coaching experience and a lifetime around the game. A former player at Pattonville High School, Legion Baseball, and St. Louis Community College–Meramec, he has helped build programs and develop athletes across hitting and pitching. His philosophy is simple: build confidence, master fundamentals, develop strong work habits, and create opportunities for athletes to grow.

Camp FAQ
Who is this camp for?
Baseball and softball players ages 8–14, all skill levels. Players are grouped by age and experience, so beginners and travel-ball players both get coached at their level.
What should my player bring?
Glove, bat, helmet, water bottle, and cleats or turf shoes. Wear athletic clothes ready to work. If you're missing equipment, let us know at check-in — we'll make sure your player is covered.
Who are the coaches?
Every group is run by instructors who played at the college or pro level — M4P founder Connor Jenkins (pro contract offer, Milwaukee Brewers), Zane Roos (2× Conference Gold Glove, .343 career average), and Andrew Zoellner (10+ years coaching pitching and hitting).
How does payment work?
Register with the form, then complete the payment on the secure checkout page (card or bank, processed by Intuit QuickBooks). Your player's spot is locked in once payment is received.
Is there a discount?
Yes — Southside Prospects players and athletes already enrolled in M4P training pay $75 instead of $89. Just select your player's affiliation on the registration form and you'll get the discounted checkout.
Where do I drop off and pick up?
Center STL, 6727 Langley Ave, St. Louis. Check-in opens at 8:40 AM and pick-up is at 12:00 PM sharp.
What if something comes up after I register?
Email us at info@movement4power.com and we'll take care of you. If the camp reaches capacity there will be a waitlist, so please let us know as early as you can.
